🎅 Severn Hospice Rudolph Relay – Let’s Beat Last Year’s Total! 🎅

We are absolutely thrilled to announce that this year we will once again be taking part in Severn Hospice’s Rudolph Relay! Our relay will take place on Thursday 11th December 2025, and we can’t wait to see our children dashing, skipping, and running in their festive gear.

👟 Each child is encouraged to take part and raise a minimum sponsorship of £2. This is a wonderful opportunity for the children to get active in the run up to Christmas, while also learning about the importance of community and giving back.

🎄 Children will need to wear trainers and their Christmas/festive jumpers. Every child who takes part will receive:

- A certificate

- A pair of reindeer antlers

- A festive sticker to celebrate their achievement!

💛 Why It Matters

Severn Hospice is an incredible organisation that supports families from the moment they are referred to its care, for as long as they need it. They do this every day, all day, for anyone in Shropshire, Telford & Wrekin, and Mid Wales who needs that help.

Many families in our own school community have been supported by the hospice, and we know first-hand the difference their care makes. The hospice provides this support free of charge, but it is not without cost – and it simply cannot happen without us.

For every £1 donated, the hospice spends 84p directly on care and uses the remaining 16p to raise another £1. Last year, thanks to donations like ours, the hospice was able to be there when it mattered for 3,000 local families.

🎁 Our Goal

Last year, our school community raised over £1600 for Severn Hospice – an incredible achievement! This year, we would love to beat that total and raise even more, so the hospice can continue its amazing work for families who need it most.
