In 2025, Project Leaders Ltd is proud to partner with the Cystic Fibrosis Trust as our chosen charity. Cystic fibrosis (CF) is a genetic condition affecting over 11,000 people in the UK. It causes sticky mucus to build up in the lungs and digestive system, posing serious challenges to physical health, mental wellbeing, and daily life. While one in 25 people unknowingly carries the faulty gene that causes CF, our community is united in the fight for effective treatments for all.

This partnership is particularly meaningful to us as we support Jamie Henwood's, Portfolio Director at Project Leaders, son, Arthur, who is 3 and lives with CF. Together with the Cystic Fibrosis Trust, we aim to raise awareness and funds to help stop cystic fibrosis and improve the lives of those affected including little Arthur.
