On Saturday 12th September, a team of 14 Property Hub colleagues will be taking to the water to raise money for Barnabus as part of the Dragon Boat Festival 2026.

With 13 rowers and one fearless drummer keeping us in sync, our legendary "Property Tub" crew will be battling it out against teams from across Greater Manchester at Sale Water Park, all in the hope of paddling our way to first place.

This is an event we look forward to every year. It brings together businesses, charities and local communities for a fantastic day of teamwork, friendly competition and, most importantly, fundraising for an incredible cause.

For over 30 years, Barnabus has been transforming the lives of people experiencing homelessness across Manchester. Through its outreach work, Support Centre, healthcare services and supported resettlement programme, the charity provides far more than emergency support. Barnabus helps people access accommodation, recover from addiction, improve their physical and mental health, and build the skills and confidence needed to live independently.

Every donation, no matter the size, helps Barnabus continue this life-changing work and brings hope to those who need it most.

If you're able to support our team, we'd be incredibly grateful.

Thank you for helping us make a difference.
