The James Oglethorpe Primary School is delighted to announce that the COLOUR RUN will be back for its 3rd year.

On the 15th May 2026 we will be creating more fantastic lifelong memories and a whole lot of mess.

There will be tranches of around 100 children who will run/walk a course over the school field. Along the way they will encounter colour stations to enjoy an explosion of paint, and end the race in our colour throwing arena.

There are two objectives - TO HAVE FUN AND GET MESSY.

This is an opportunity to sponsor your CHILD/CHILDREN and give a shout out to them and their CLASS. There will be a prize for the highest fundraiser so ENSURE YOU MENTION THEIR NAME/S AND CLASS.

There is one additional highlight as we have organised a teacher slime finale.

We have x number of volunteers who will brave outcome of any collection jar decision….the three teachers with the highest amounts raised in their jars get SLIMED.

We want to thank you in advance for any contributions and any money raised will be invested back into the school and our children.
