Thanks for visiting my page. I'm raising money for the British Heart Foundation and I'd be so grateful for your support. The BHF has helped halve the number of people dying from heart and circulatory disease in the UK but sadly every day hundreds of people lose their lives. A bit about my condition:

constant AF, heart failure, calcified plaques, ARVC.

Treatment received over the last 20+yrs: 5 cardio version attempts, 2 bouts of open heart 3 valves replaced, on my 6th ICD, more hospital sleepovers than I can remember, received ICD appropriate therapy shocks on a number of occasions,

I have been told, you will never work again, you shouldn't be here BUT!

I'm still working, and have a wife and kids that put up with my mood swings etc. Plus a F it attitude helps. I now have a training partner that will join me on the walk. If I can wake her up!
