Our ethos is to spread love through comfort. We believe if a child has to be in Hospital then they do not want to be wearing a hospital gown. We also believe that a new pair of pyjamas can bring comfort to a child going through hardship. For some children these pyjamas may be the only new thing they receive.

Story

No child wants to be in hospital, and no child chooses to come from a family struggling.

With our donations we spread a bit of comfort at a time when children are at their most vulnerable.

Children’s Hospital Pyjamas started in November 2010 when the founder’s daughter was an in-patient in the hospital. She received a brand new scooter that had been gifted to the hospital from another family of a poorly child.

Our founder decided, she too needed to give back and when they were discharged from the hospital, she asked friends and family to donate brand-new toys so she could gift them to her local hospital. After three years of donating toys, a switch was made to donating pyjamas, as a far more practical option. Year after year, the collection has grown and so has the team.
