Help Us Raise Funds To Replace Our Stolen Minibus

Fundraising for The Daylight Club
£6,001
raised of £15,000 target

Our minibus was stolen from a carpark in London Colney on 11th January.
We offer a social club to adults with physical disabilities

Story

The minibus for transporting members of a Herts learning disability group called 'Purple All-Stars' has been stolen.

HertsAdvertiser wrote "Purple All-Stars' bus stolen leaving users 'appalled'".

Kate Harding, the creative practitioner with Hertfordshire County Council who runs the group, was left appalled that someone would steal from a group of people with learning disabilities.

This means that the people with learning disability that use this bus will no longer be able to access the community events and activities they are used to attending. This will have a massive impact on their physical health and well being.

Your support will make all the difference to people with disabilities.

Please help us raise the £15,000 shortfall that is not covered by the insurance and which we need to find in order to replace our minibus.

The minibus was used by multiple groups

As well as 'Purple All-Stars', the minibus was also used by 'Passport to Leisure' and 'The Daylight Club' charity; both groups support adults with physical and other disabilities.
