Story
This October, I’m taking on the WTW London Trek – walking around 26km from Paddington to West Drayton, following the Grand Union Canal. It’ll take me roughly 6.5 to 7.5 hours, depending on my pace.
I’m doing this in support of the Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM), a leading suicide prevention charity.
Every 90 minutes, someone in the UK takes their own life. CALM is working to change that – by running a life-saving helpline, offering vital mental health resources online, and launching powerful campaigns to break down stigma and change the conversation around suicide.
But they can’t do it alone. Just £12.20 could fund a potentially life-saving call to CALM’s helpline.
Please consider supporting my trek and helping CALM continue their incredible work. Together, we can save lives.
