This year we are working closely with St John’s Hospice, a local charity who do a lot of work for our school community. We have many students and families who have had an enormous amount of support from St John’s Hospice and we would like to do our bit to say thanks.

It costs £12,000 a day to support families across our region, from Grasmere down to Lancaster and the surrounding areas and you can help this Christmas.

In December, we will be hosting a selection of Reindeer Runs! Students across the school will take part in the event through PE lessons and clubs. The aim is to bring a bit of festive cheer towards Christmas and students can enjoy a fun run around our grounds. Everyone who takes part will be given an set of antlers to run in and keep afterwards.

We’d like a minimum donation of £2 per pupil and this will go directly to the hospice via the link below.

There will also be a staff and 6th Form event one lunchtime, so pupils can come along and cheer us on!
