Our intention is to encourage community spirit, wellbeing, vitality and raise money for our local charity Surrey Heath Age Concern CIO which supports the elderly community organising care and companionship to those in need.

Everyone is welcome to attend, it is suitable for people of all ages and abilities.

We will practice incredibly beautiful, gentle and powerful QiGong and TaiChi exercises.

The events will take place on:

Sunday 21st July 4pm - 5pm

Sunday 18th August 4pm - 5pm
