My friends and I will be running a Quadrathon in the first few days of April.

5 friends, 4 marathons in 4 days in 4 different cities.

We are pushing our bodies to the limit to raise money for three amazing causes. For me personally, it is raising money for Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation, in memory of my beautiful Mother: Jean Bowden. Who passed away in 2007.
