Alex, Adam, Chris, Will, Simon and hopefully Liam are running the Swansea Half Marathon for Meningitis Now. Some of you may think we like running but to put this in to context.

Chris, Will, Alex and Liam haven't run more than 5k in about 10 months, Adam and Si will find it a breeze so just think of us when you're choosing that figure to donate.

Anything helps, we'd love to do our bit again for this charity as its been a few years since we helped them fundraise.
