Qurbani 2023. Yemen £115 Syria £200

Our teams are on the ground in Yemen and Syria and have already sourced some good animals for Qurbani, however the numbers are limited.

The following will be ensured:

1. I will personally be in contact with our teams in Yemen and Syria and will oversee the Qurbani projects this year and provide updates via social media.

2. The animals are locally sourced, thus contributing to the local economy.

3. The meat will be distributed to some very needy families and communities, sometimes we have to travel quite far to do this, but that is very important for us.

4. The slaughter and distributions will be implemented over the days of Eid. Most will be done on the 2nd and 3rd days of Eid here to make sure it works with those in the UK celebrating Eid the day after.

The cost of each animal in Yemen is £115. (Please type "Yemen Qurbani" in the comments when making the donation.

In Syria the cost is £200 (Type "Syria Qurbani" in comments when making the donation. Some will be done for Syrian refugees in Lebanon and Jordan)
