We have decided to run the Kirkcaldy Half Marathon in memory of our beautiful mum - which is a sentence we never thought we would be writing.

For those who don't know, our mum was diagnosed with cancer early last year, and, heartbreakingly, things progressed so much quicker then we could have ever thought. During that time, the care and support from Maggies became so important to our mum and all of us as a family. It made us realise just how special their services are. We'll always be so thankful to Maggies for the way they cared for our mum and supported through this unimaginably difficult time however be will be forever changed by our loss of our mum.
