Story
The Great North Air Ambulance Service (GNAAS) is a beacon of hope for those in dire need across the North East, North Yorkshire, and Cumbria. Every year, they rescue hundreds of severely injured or ill patients, delivering critical care right at the scene of emergencies—whether on a fell top, a roadside, or in the heart of a bustling city. Last year alone, this remarkable charity responded to more than 1,983 call outs through their helicopter and emergency response vehicles. Their dedicated doctor-led teams perform life-saving treatments that can mean the difference between life and death.
This year, as we prepare for Rob’s 100-Mile Bike Ride on July 26th, 2025, we are reminded of the vital role GNAAS plays in our communities. Each pedal stroke will not only symbolize our commitment to supporting this incredible service but also highlight the urgent need for funding to ensure they can continue their life-saving work. With a target of £1,000 to raise through this event, every contribution will help keep their helicopters in the sky and their teams ready to respond when it matters most.
We invite you to join us in making a difference. Your support can help save lives and provide hope to families during their darkest moments. Together, let’s ensure that GNAAS has the resources they need to continue their mission. Please consider donating today and be part of something truly inspiring.
