Roxy’s raising funds and awareness for Little Princess Trust

Some of you may have seen on LinkedIn that I’m cutting my long locks and donating them to a great cause.
The Little Princess Trust provides wigs to children and young adults who have suffered from hair loss. This can often be due to cancer or alopecia, and as you can imagine, it would be rather challenging for a young person to endure.
The Little Princess Trust has made it their mission to provide wigs to young people who have lost their own hair. Some facts to consider:
- It can take around 14 hair donations are required to make a single wig.
- Hair donations are accepted from all over the world.
It costs the charity up to £700 to provide a real-hair wig free-of-charge.
- They accept hair measuring 12 inches or more.
The charity is also one of the largest funders of childhood cancer research in the UK.
The Little Princess Trust relies solely on the generosity of its wonderful supporters who help the charity give Hair and Hope to so many children and young people with cancer each year.
