Story
This February (20th–25th), I’ll be travelling to Jordan on a humanitarian deployment with Penny Appeal to support the people of Gaza and displaced Palestinian families. This is something deeply personal to me, and I’m sharing it because your support — no matter how small — can truly make a difference.
Families in Gaza are facing one of the most devastating humanitarian crises in their history. Food, clean water and medicine are dangerously scarce. Many have been displaced multiple times and are surviving winter in shelters with no heating and very little to their name. While we stay warm and safe here in the UK, they are facing each day simply trying to survive.
During this deployment, I’ll be helping to pack emergency shelters and food parcels, prepare and distribute hot meals, deliver winter essentials, and support aid being coordinated into Gaza. I’ll also be visiting refugee communities in Jordan, listening to their stories and witnessing first-hand how your donations are making an impact. Transparency means everything to me, if you support this mission, I want you to see where your charity goes.
This won’t be an easy trip emotionally, but it will be meaningful. Every shelter and emergency pack, every blanket, every food pack, clean water and every meal we prepare represents hope for a family who feels forgotten.
If you’re able to donate, here’s what your support could provide:
£30 – Blankets for families facing the cold
£50 – Food & water supplies
£50 – Hot meals
£100 - Provides Medical Consumables for injured Palestinians
£150 – Blanket, clothing, food and fuel support
£200 - Provides Emergency Lifeline Pack
£300 - Provides a family with Emergency Shelter
£500 - Provides a Clean Water Tanker
£1000 - Provides 2 Families Shelter & Emergency Packs
If you can’t donate, please share this message. Awareness itself is powerful.
We may not be able to change everything, but together we can change something for someone who desperately needs it.
Thank you for reading, for caring, and for standing with the people in need. May your kindness bring warmth, relief and hope to those who need it most.
