Story
Our daughter, Aria, was just 20 months old when we had to say goodbye. She was our sunshine, full of love, joy, and strength far beyond her years. Aria had Alpers (POLG), a rare mitochondrial disease with no cure. In her short life she showed us what real courage looks like, and her light continues to guide us every day.
We are carrying on her fight through RaceForAria — a charity simracing event bringing drivers and communities together from around the world. Every lap, every stream, every donation goes towards the Noah Jordan Foundation, who are funding vital research into Aria’s exact condition. Their work is about finding treatments, and one day a cure, so no other family has to face this pain.
This isn’t just about Aria. It’s for Noah, for every child affected by mitochondrial disease, and for every family carrying the same heartbreak.
Together we can turn grief into hope; together we can race for Aria. 💜
