Story

On 8th March I'll be attempting to run 135 miles non stop across Ireland and raising money for the B30 Foodbank.

This will be a solo, self supported run. If I finish I'll be the first person to run across Ireland without assistance.

I'll be carrying all the kit I might need and using shops and pubs along the way.

The run will start in Galway on the West coast, following roads and canal paths and finish at Samuel Beckett Bridge in Dublin.

I'll be starting early Friday morning and will have to finish within 34 hours to make my flight home.

My first fundraiser for The B30 Foodbank was back in 2016. During that year over 1,000,000 emergency food parcels were given out across the UK, a third of these to children. The UKs hunger problem is getting worse, unfortunately more than 3,000,000 of these will be given out this year.

Any donations always encourage me to keep going when things get tough.

Thanks again for your ongoing support and generosity x
