Story

On 12th August I'll be attempting to run 215 miles non stop across Scotland and raising money for the B30 Foodbank.

The race starts in Portpatrick on the West coast and finishes in Cocksburnpath on the East coast.

The route follows a national trail (The Southern Upland Way) along valleys, through forests and over mountains.

The race is a single stage event (the clock never stops) and has a 100 hour cut off.

My first fundraiser for The B30 Foodbank was back in 2016. During that year over 1,000,000 emergency food parcels were given out across the UK, a third of these to children. The UKs hunger problem is getting worse, unfortunately more than 3,000,000 of these will be given out this year.

Any donations always encourage me to keep going when things get tough.

Thanks again for your ongoing support and generosity x
