I am undertaking my biggest challenge yet ! The Lakeland 50 miler , with over 3300 metre of elevation and night navigational. Am I terrified , yes !!! As a Survivor of Sexual Abuse , I was terrified a lot , especially when I reported to the police . I was lucky enough to have the support of @rasasc , and the amazing ISVA that worked there . I can honestly say it was the hardest time of my life , and without them I wouldn’t be here now . Because of them I felt less terrified, the more money I raise the more we can help others in the same position. The The Rape and Sexual Abuse Support Centre aims to be a Centre of Excellence in the provision and delivery of services to individuals and families who have been affected by sexual violence.

RASASC is a registered charity which was established in 1995 to provide advice, support and counselling to people who have been affected by sexual violence. We offer support to men, women, children and young people of any age.

I will also be donating £100 to Epic Kidz is a registered charity , funded by Epic Events and Lakeland 100 charity makes donations to a wide range of community based causes , helping children .
