Join us in supporting Mind BLMK (Bedfordshire, Luton and Milton Keynes) this Christmas!

On the 30th November, Charlie & Clay will be taking part in Mental Elf, a festive 5K run to help raise vital awareness and funds for Mind BLMK.

Mind BLMK works within our local communities to support positive mental health and wellbeing. By partnering with a wide range of organisations, they offer essential services that make a real difference to the lives of people across Bedfordshire, Luton and Milton Keynes. Their mission is to ensure that everyone in our community has access to the mental health support they need.

1 in 4 people will experience a mental health issue each year, and 1 in 6 report experiencing a common mental health problem—such as anxiety or depression—every single week. Mental health affects us all, and Mind BLMK is there to make sure no one has to face it alone.

This charity is especially close to our hearts and has provided invaluable support to Charlie.
