6 Ultra Marathons

The Noah Jordan Foundation funds research, to develop treatments and find a cure, for rare terminal Paediatric Mitochondrial Diseases. The Charity also raises awareness of these rare diseases and supports those affected.

Story

Our Challenge

Over the next twelve months, my husband (Kieran) and I will be taking on the challenge of running, not one but six ultra marathons, increasing in distance each time (between 40 and 100 miles). We completed our first run in the New Forest on 24th August 2024, finishing in 8 hours. We completed our second race on Saturday 28th September in the Chilterns, finishing in 9 hours. Our 3rd race is scheduled for Saturday 5th April along the Ridgeway.

This will be part of Noah's legacy and in his memory.

Noah Jordan was the son of Ben and Natasha, our close friends. They are Godparents to our daughter Millie and I have been a close friend of Natasha for almost my entire life, having known her since I was three having attending Nursery, Primary School and Secondary School together.

Thank you for supporting us and this valuable cause in Noah's name and to hopefully, in time, prevent other young people having to lose their lives to this dreadful disease.
