Bury Cancer Support Centre is an independent self-funding charity, supporting those whose lives are touched by cancer. We are based in Bury but serve Greater Manchester and beyond.

The 1st of April will mark our 20th Anniversary! Throughout the coming year we wish to mark this wonderful anniversary by giving thanks, celebrating and fundraising.

Our development from half a day per week in a church hall to 5 days a week in a fit for purpose building has been remarkable. This has only been achieved and made possible by the dedication, hard work and commitment of our staff, trustees and volunteers.

None of this could have been possible without the financial support and fundraising efforts of businesses throughout the North West and wonderful groups and individuals such as yourselves.

Our hope is to raise £20,000 over the year using the number 20 as our fundraising theme.

With all this in mind myself and my good friend Anna will be doing the 3 Yorkshire Peaks in aid of raising money for the amazing Centre, the centre has a personal place in my heart as my mum is part of the wonderful team, as well as being affected by cancer over the years losing, the work they do is incredible.
