At Bluebird Care Wiltshire North, we care for individuals with Alzheimer's and dementia and understand the invaluable contribution of the Alzheimer's Society. We've united to fundraise and enjoy the process. Our team is set to embark on a 2.5-hour walk through Bradford-on-Avon on Sunday, 15th September 2024.
