I'm super excited to share that I’ll be taking part in the AJ Bell Great Scottish Run Half Marathon on October 5, 2025—all in support of a fantastic cause: Anderson’s.

Anderson’s Care Home is operated by a charitable trust, The General Anderson Trust, and is one of the longest-standing care homes in Scotland—providing care to the elderly for over 190 years. Anderson’s is known for its strong reputation and close ties with the local community. Residents receive the highest standard of care in a warm, welcoming environment, supported by a dedicated and compassionate team.

I had the opportunity to do a placement at Anderson’s, and i saw first-hand the care, compassion, and commitment that goes into making it such a special place. It has inspired me to give something back by raising funds to support their ongoing work.

While Anderson’s is not dependent on donations, every contribution helps enhance the services and environment they provide, allowing them to go above and beyond for their residents.
