Join me in supporting Demelza Hospice Care for Children as I participate in the Demelza Inca Trail trek in September 2024. Demelza delivers extraordinary care to children facing serious or life-limiting conditions throughout Kent, South East London and East Sussex. Their expert clinical, emotional and practical support is available from first diagnosis and for as long as they're needed. As a participant in this trek, I have seen firsthand the impact that Demelza has on these children and their families.
