We are raising money for the Y Bwthyn Palliative Care centre in the Royal Glamorgan Hospital which provided such excellent care for both Rachel and our family.

Rachel was a ray of sunshine, and loved rainbows (and unicorns), so seeing the huge rainbow on the wall as she entered the peace and serenity of the unit really gave her comfort.

The caring staff for whom nothing was too much trouble, the calm atmosphere, and great facilities made what was a very difficult time easier for us all to cope with. The little things matter: comfortable chairs, access to tea and coffee, and space to keep making precious memories.
