We did it! A brilliant experience, cycling from Vietnam to Cambodia, along the Mekong River, finishing at Angkor Wat in October. This part 3 of my summer of cycling for The AHOY Centre charity.

I'm fundraising for The AHOY Centre because it's a charity close to my heart. The AHOY delivers accessible and affordable water-based activities for young people and adults with learning disabilities. They encourage life skills and improve mental health, by using sailing and rowing on the tidal Thames in south London. I have seen first hand the life-changing affect the AHOY has on the young people they work with. It's a unique and very special place in the city of London.

We had heat, humidity, bumpy roads, flooded paths with puddles up to the hubs. Mosquitos at night, dirt splashed up our backs during the day, group dynamics (the most fabulous bunch of humans to share this with), illness, torrential rain, sweat and more sweat. A few falls (I stayed upright) and the odd wrong turn.
