On Sunday 1st December me, Emma, Jess and Bethan rowd of jolly Elves will taking on a festive fun run again in memory of my gorgeous husband Phil and to support better mental health and raise vital funds for Conwy Mind!

We all know the festive season can be a tough time for many, and demand for Conwy Mind's services increases significantly.
