I’ve been part of Lyn’s house for just over two years and the warm and welcoming space they have created is something very special.

Lyn’s house is provides a community for people with and without learning disabilities. More than just a meet up group, Lyn’s house creates a space with friendship at the centre where everyone’s differences are not just accepted but valued.

I really want to help them keep providing this amazing community and even grow further. So this summer I am challenging myself to cycle 200 kilometres (or 125 miles) in one day. It’s the furthest I’ve ever cycled and I have to do it between the hours of 8 am and 10 pm.
