I'm taking on Walking West for CW+!

CW+ is proud to be the official charity of Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, which encompasses Chelsea and Westminster Hospital, West Middlesex University Hospital and all their community-based services, and serves a population of more than 1.5 million people.

Everything they do works towards the delivery of exceptional patient care, in a world-class clinical environment.

Our Stoma and J-Pouch Department has received grants from CW+ over the years to help fund our well-being classes and our IBD Psychologist, which have greatly enhanced the care we can give. We would very much like to support them.
