Story
I chose The Seaview Project because of my Mum and Chris. We lost Chris a year ago but we never would have met him without Seaview.
The Seaview Project has helped my mum with many different things in her life, helping her get sober and stay that way with many different projects and activities like choir, band practice and arts and crafts, to keep her engaged and helping with her grief of losing Chris her partner of 12 years who she met at seaview, who I loved very much. They helped Chris with a lot as well in many different ways.
The Seaview Project provides a vital lifeline for some of the most maginalised and disadvantaged people in our community.
Seaview believes that everyone deserves the chance strive to meet their full potential. They also believe that warmth and support from one person to another can have an enormous impact and positive change.
I am running for Seaview to help them to continue to provide their services and outreach to those who need them, right here in Hastings and St Leonards.
Their open access wellbeing centre provides a safe space for people to visit when they feel like they need to be seen. With free hot meals every weekday and an early rough sleeper breakfast once a week, I know that all funds raised by my fundraising efforts will go directly towards making a difference in the lives of those living on the margins of society.
Please support me, and in turn the Seaview Project, and donate generously knowing that your generosity will make a huge difference in someone's life.
