Having lost my dad to early onset dementia in 2023, I wanted to raise money for an organisation that supports those with dementia and their carers. Having previously worked for Age UK and seen the amazing work they do, this felt like the perfect charity to support.

I will be running the Monsal Trail 10k in April. I only started taking running seriously end of last year, and this will be my first 10k.
