Many of you may or may not know that my lovely Mum, Sheila, has been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s Disease.

I am taking part in the Nantwich Triathlon on 11th May to raise vital funds for The Alzheimer’s Society.

At Alzheimer’s Society we’re working towards a world where dementia no longer devastates lives.

We do this by giving help to those living with dementia today, and providing hope for the future.
