World Child Cancer works to help children with cancer in developing countries – in the UK over 80% of children now survive cancer – in low and middle income countries that falls to around 30% and can be as low as 10%. As a children's cancer nurse, I know that it does not need to be like that. Where a child is born should not determine their chance of survival.
