I'm taking on the Ninian 99 Challenge this August in support of Cardiff City FC Community Foundation.

Cardiff City FC Community Foundation is the official charity of Cardiff City FC, helping people across South Wales to achieve their full potential. Since 2009, the charity has been delivering impactful community programmes including school football sessions, health and fitness programmes and social hubs for veterans and people living with dementia.

By harnessing the power of football, Cardiff City FC Community Foundation aims to improve health and wellbeing, support learning and skills, and build stronger communities.
