I have recently had firsthand experience of foyle womens aid support and they were my strength to keep going.

They provide an empathetic response and a listening ear. Through the use of support workers and groups they provide emotional support and education around abuse, trauma and coping with the impact of surviving physical, emotional,verbal and sexual abuse.
