As you all know, I have 0 impulse control and I am not built for speed. In fact, I am built like some sort of reptile that needs to be kept warm and just plods about. However, I don’t believe in limitations so here I am, running my first and only GNR in support of Missing People.

As a big consumer of true crime, long term and unsolved missing persons cases blow my mind, especially in modern times. Missing People as a charity support the families of the missing, giving support in a way that often isn’t given long term.

According to Missing People:

Our vision is for every missing child and adult, and every loved one left behind, to find help, hope and a safe way to reconnect.

A person is reported missing every 90 seconds in the UK, that's a staggering 170,000 missing people every year. As the only charity lifeline for anyone affected by a person going missing, we want to ensure we have the best chance to find all of these people.
