My family has been greatly affected by Crohns and Colitis. My dad died due to an illness brought on after years of bravely suffering from Crohn's disease, and he is just one family member who has been afflicted. Crohn's & Colitis UK are the UK's leading charity for Crohn's and Colitis. Right now, over 500,000 people in the UK are living with a lifelong disease that many people have never heard of.
