This July, I am joining Team Grief Encounter, trekking Mount Yr yddfa (Snowdon) at NIGHT! This endeavour will be challenging as we hit difficult inclines, with minimal light!

As many of you will know, Grief Encounter have supported Niamh, Samuel and myself since the loss of their Daddy, Neil. They really were there when we needed them the most, through the darkest of times, I’m really not sure how we would have got through the last couple of years without them.

I’ve no doubt that this challenge will really test me, but I'm determined to complete it to help more families like ours get the support they need.
