Mount Snowdon Hike · 3 August 2023

Set up in January 2021, Joe's Buddy Line Charity aim to promote and protect the mental health of young people, from primary school to university.

Story

Personally, I will be hiking in honour of my late friend Dontelle Wilkens, who sadly left us just this month (July 2023). He loved a physical challenge and activity, whereas I preferred to leave this to him and his girlfriend on our trips - so this will have definitely come as a surprise to him to see me doing this!! :)

Our team of 11 will be hiking Mount Snowdon on 3rd August and would appreciate any donation you can make to support the wonderful charity 'Joe's Buddy Line'.

Joe (who the charity was set up in remebrance of) tried to help everyone around him, and his family are committed to carrying this on for him through Joe’s Buddy Line. The charity aims to provide mental health workshops in schools across England and Wales, run by certified mental health professionals. They can also provide one-to-one counselling for individuals in these schools, or can refer them to other organisations that may be able to help.

Mental health is as important as your physical health, anything you can donate to Joe’s Buddy Line would be really appreciated.
