I’m doing a sponsored walk to raise money for Alzheimer’s Society, a charity that supports people living with dementia and the families around them.

Dementia doesn’t just affect the person diagnosed, it affects everyone close to them. It can be really tough watching someone you love change, and requires so much strength to show up and support them daily.

Alzheimer’s Society helps by offering support, advice and a sense of community, as well as funding research to improve care and work towards a cure.
