Story
The kids, Simon and I are walking the London Life Hike on the 27th September.
The walk raises funds for the London Heart Starters campaign by London Ambulance Charity which funds and places life-saving defibrillators in the heart of London communities and then trains the community on how to perform CPR and use a defibrillator.
I appreciate that we're only walking 6k so it's not a major undertaking but am keen to do something that the whole family can take part in. And there's no particular story about why - I just think it's a very good cause. I also read an article recently that said there were fewer defibrillators per head of population in London than any other city., particularly in more deprived boroughs.
So if you're a fellow Londoner, it would be fab if you could sponsor us a small amount.
Thank you for your support!
