Marie Curie believe that everyone living with a terminal illness should be able to get the most from the time they have. They support palliative care for all, either at home or within one of their hospices. They also provide much need bereavement counselling to those dealing with loss… no matter at what point in that journey.

So to support this fantastic charity Gail and Rachel are lacing up their walking boots again to become the “ Indiana Valley Chicks- not Jones- Trekkers. The last trek we were fortunate to use the beautiful valleys of South Wales as our training ground- we will be doing so again. So look out for pictures and posts.. or even join us for a ramble… with cake afterwards!
