I have chosen this charity to donate as it is something that means a lot to me and my family. With my brother being diagnosed with kidney failure, being looked after by the Renal team and all the support and help I have had from MRI in terms of me potentially donating my own kidney to my brother, I would like to do something which helps give back 💜 Rach xx
