As many of you know, my name is Rad Tingle, and I have a particular fondness for adventurous endeavors, especially when they allow me the opportunity to support NHS Charities as a gesture of gratitude for their exceptional care. I live with Von Hippel-Lindau (VHL) syndrome, an incurable condition characterized by the development of multiple cancerous tumors throughout the body. To date, I have undergone more than seventeen medical procedures, and I am fortunate to have received a kidney transplant. Over the years, I have been profoundly grateful for your ongoing help and encouragement, which has supported my previous fundraising activities, including several skydive jumps, a firewalk, and an abseiling challenge. This year my manager Dawn and I taking part in trek in Cambodia, any help is much appreciated.
