Bury Hospice provides palliative and end-of-life care to hundreds of residents and their families across Bury. It will cost to run the Hospice this year £4.8million and we raise 83% of this total, but with the support of our community we continue to provide care and services to those who need it.

Story

Radcliffe Swimming and Waterpolo Club is celebrating its 125th year and we’d like to mark the occasion by fundraising for Bury Hospice, a local charity close to our hearts.

We’d like to invite our members to participate in a sponsored collective 125 kilometre swim during the club sessions Week Commencing 11th November.

We’re really looking forward to what should be a really fun event for a very worthy cause and a celebration of 125 years of Radcliffe Swimming and Waterpolo club.

Bury Hospice opened its doors in June 1991 and the charity has helped thousands of people through some of the most difficult times in their lives with specialist, compassionate and palliative end-of-life care. It costs £4m to run their services with a 13% contribution from the NHS.

Please help us to celebrate out 125th year, by raising funds for this amazing cause.
