Team Radio-Heads Jailbreak Fundraiser for Future Projects (with Livewire 1350)

Wren James is raising money for Future Projects

Livewire's Jailbreak 2026 · 20 March 2026 to 22 March 2026 ·

Teams from Livewire 1350, UEA's student radio station, are racing across Europe in 48 hours to get as far from UEA as they can, all to raise money for Future Projects and help local people in urgent need.

Story

Hi, We're Wren and Bunnie, a.k.a Team Radio-Heads -- we're two musicians that love our art (that's why we went into student radio in the first place)! We fancied the exciting challenge of racing across Europe to get as far away as possible, all to raise money for a great cause: Norfolk charity Future Projects!

Livewire 1350 has given us the space to air our favourite music on the heart of the University of East Anglia's campus, but now we're taking this show on the road! We have just 48 hours to get as far away from campus as possible, using a combination of teamwork, creativity, and determination.

Future Projects is a fantastic charity, that is vital in supporting people across Norfolk who are facing difficulty, making sure that no-one has to choose between food and housing, or even just keeping themselves safe. They truly make a real difference. Your donations mean that locals in Norfolk will get the urgent support they need, and will motivate us to keep on trying to fundraise.

Thank you so much for supporting us, and helping make this journey worthwhile!
