We all know teachers spend all day on their feet but just how many steps do we actually do? Well we've got 30 days to reach 300k steps in June!

Starting on 1 June, The staff at Radyr will be among thousands taking on 300,000 steps in 30 days to help bring conversations about young peoples mental health out in the open.

It takes courage to ask for help. But for many young people who do, the support they need just isn't there.

Things can get better. YoungMinds believe every young person should get the mental health support they need, when they need it, no matter what.
